OrderDiff exists because comparing a purchase order against a supplier confirmation by hand is slow, error-prone, and quietly expensive. Suppliers change prices, quantities, and delivery dates, and someone has to catch it before it becomes a problem. I wanted a tool that does that reading for you and shows exactly what changed.

The product works entirely from the documents you already exchange with suppliers — no ERP to connect, nothing to configure. It only ever reports differences; it never places, amends, or accepts an order on your behalf.

I keep the service deliberately small and focused, which means a single point of contact: questions, feedback, and bug reports all reach me directly.
