Refund Policy

A 14-day money-back window on every paid plan, how to claim it, and how the refund reaches you.

Version 1.0 · In effect from August 12, 2026

1. The short version

If you are charged for OrderDiff and it is not right for you, email me within 14 days of that charge and I will refund it in full. You do not have to explain why.

This applies to the first charge on a new subscription and to each renewal charge, monthly or annual.

2. You get a free trial first

Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. No charge is taken until the trial ends, and cancelling during it costs you nothing at all — there is no refund to ask for because there was no payment.

The 14-day refund window runs from the date of an actual charge, not from the date you signed up.

3. How to ask

Email waleedsabry.abohashima@gmail.com from the address on the account, or use the contact form, and say which charge you want refunded. That is the whole process — there is no form to fill in and nothing to justify.

I aim to reply within two business days and to approve refunds the same day I reply.

4. After the 14 days

Outside the window I do not generally refund the period you are part-way through. You can cancel at any time from the billing page: cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep full access until the period you have already paid for runs out.

That said, if something went genuinely wrong — you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or the Service was unusable for a meaningful stretch — write to me anyway. I will put it right whether or not the 14 days have passed.

5. How the money reaches you

Paddle is the merchant of record for every OrderDiff purchase, so Paddle processes the refund and it returns to the card or account you paid with. Any sales tax or VAT charged is refunded with it.

Paddle typically completes a refund within a few business days, though how quickly it appears depends on your bank or card issuer.

6. Your statutory rights

This policy is offered in addition to any rights you have under consumer law, and does not replace or limit them. Where the law gives you a longer or stronger right to a refund, that law applies.

7. Contact
